Your Responsibilities (Digital Marketer)

  1. Social media management: Creating and scheduling social media posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing social media performance.
  2. Content creation: Writing blog posts, articles, and other types of content for the company’s website and social media channels.
  3. Email marketing: Creating and sending email newsletters, managing email lists, and analyzing email campaign performance.
  4. Search engine optimization (SEO): Conducting keyword research, optimizing website content for search engines, and building backlinks to the company’s website.
  5. Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising: Creating and managing PPC campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.
  6. Data analysis and reporting: Using data to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns and generating reports for the company.
  7. Lead Generation and conversion: Generate leads from the company’s product lines and closing sales.
  8. Course Facilitation: Co-facilitate training programs along with company’s training team.

Your Responsibilities (Business Development Manager)


  1. Conducting market research: Conducting research on target markets, customer needs, and competitor strategies. This information will be used to develop new business opportunities and improve existing ones.
  2. Identifying and qualifying leads: Identify and qualify potential customers. This involves using lead generation tools, attending industry events, or networking with other professionals.
  3. Developing and delivering sales presentations: Develop and deliver sales presentations to potential customers. This involves creating marketing materials, preparing demos, and answering questions about the company’s products or services.
  4. Managing customer relationships: Manage customer relationships by following up with leads, answering questions, and providing support.
  5. Lead Generation and conversion: Generate leads from the company’s product lines and closing sales.
  6. Contributing to business development strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of the business development team’s strategy. This involves brainstorming new ideas, developing marketing plans, and tracking progress against goals.
  7. Assisting with event planning and execution: Assist with the planning and execution of company’s events and conferences.
  8. Conducting competitive analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the company’s competitors. This information will be used to develop strategies to improve the company’s competitive advantage.
  9. Course Facilitation: Co-facilitate training programs along with company’s training team.

Your Responsibilities (Data Analyst)


  1. Collecting, cleaning, and preparing data for analysis.
  2. Conducting data analysis using various tools and techniques.
  3. Visualizing data to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  4. Writing reports and presentations to communicate findings.
  5. Assisting with data modeling and machine learning projects.
  6. Staying up-to-date on the latest data analysis tools and techniques.
  7. Develop new data analysis methods or algorithms.
  8. Automate data analysis processes.
  9. Build and maintain data pipelines.
  10. Work with other teams, such as engineering and product development, to support data-driven decision making.
  11. Course Facilitation: Co-facilitate training programs along with company’s training team.

Your Responsibilities (Data Scientist)


  1. Collecting, cleaning, and preparing data: Collecting data from a variety of sources, such as databases, APIs, and surveys. Cleaning and preparing the data for analysis.
  2. Building and training machine learning models: Building and training machine learning models to solve specific problems.
  3. Evaluating and interpreting model results: Evaluating and interpreting the results of machine learning models. This involves identifying patterns in the data and making recommendations based on those patterns.
  4. Communicating findings to stakeholders: Communicating findings to stakeholders, such as product managers, business analysts, and executives. This involves writing reports, giving presentations, and creating visualizations.
  5. Attending team meetings: Attend team meetings to learn more about the company’s data science projects and to contribute their ideas.
  6. Reading research papers: Reading research papers to stay up-to-date on the latest advances in data science.
  7. Working on independent projects: Work on independent projects to explore interests and to develop skills.
  8. Course Facilitation: Co-facilitate training programs along with company’s training team.
 

Your Responsibilities (UI/UX Designer)


  1. Conducting user research.
  2. Creating user personas and user flows.
  3. Designing wireframes and prototypes.
  4. Conducting usability testing.
  5. Create high-fidelity visual designs and mockups.
  6. Participate in design meetings and brainstorming sessions.
  7. Keep up to date on the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices.
  8. Help to maintain and improve the company’s design system.
  9. Interview users to learn about their needs and pain points.
  10. Analyze user data to identify trends and patterns.
  11. Collaborate with developers to implement designs on the web or in mobile apps.
  12. Create and maintain design documentation.
  13. Course Facilitation: Co-facilitate training programs along with company’s training team.

Your Responsibilities (Motion/Graphics Designer)


  1. Assisting with the design and animation of motion graphics for a variety of projects, such as commercials, explainer videos, and social media ads.
  2. Creating and editing motion graphics assets, such as logos, icons, and typography.
  3. Working with other designers and animators to create cohesive and visually appealing motion graphics projects.
  4. Learning about the motion graphics design process and the various tools and software used to create motion graphics.
  5. Providing feedback on other designers’ work and helping to improve the quality of the team’s output.
  6. Staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in motion graphics design.
  7. Conducting research on target audiences and competitors.
  8. Developing and presenting creative concepts to the team.
  9. Assist with the design and development of print and digital materials, such as brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, and website designs.
