Students Storm University of Ibadan despite Virtual Lectures.

Following the decision of the management of the Institution, the University of Ibadan (UI) has fixed Monday, 22nd February for resumption of academic activities for the 2020/2021 academic session.

The announcement came as the Senate of the apex institution approved a new calendar for the 2020/2021 session after the cancellation of the 2019/2020 session.

The University resumes today to begin lectures for the 2020/2021 session, which has been proposed to be virtual. 

Recently, the University through it's ERT Committee hinted the students on the Learning Management System which the University would employ for the virtual learning and has assured the students that the learning will proceed smoothly as the Institution is so confident in the learning Moodle platform.

Meanwhile, Students were seen in their numbers on campus today. It was gathered that they are majorly new students who came for school fees payment and other registrations. 

According to the institution, the 2020/2021 academic session would now begin today, 20th February and end on 2nd December, 2021.
