ASUU Strike Will be Called off after tomorrow's meeting - Prof. Adamu Adamu

Hope rises as ASUU, FG meets tomorrow to continue negotiation in ending the lingering 8 months strike. There is a sight to an end in the Nationwide strike tomorrow as majority of the Nigerian Universities ASUU congress accepted FG's offer and tabled the need for implementation and not Promises.

The Minister of Education, Prof. Adamu Adamu speaking with the media today, having perceived results from various congresses of the Academic Union, has given high assurance that the strike action embarked upon by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) will be called off after tomorrow's meeting.

Campus Verve NG recalls that the Zonal chapters of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) met this week to review the union’s ongoing strike.

So far, majority of the institutions have taken their stand by accepting the offer issued by FG.

We urge all 300L, 400l, and final year students to keep being studious while at home. Don't just relax, go back to your books start reading because, when school resume, it's most likely that, exams might commence immediately.
